We are a full service restoration company that provides emergency, construction, contents and Bio-Hazard services to Insurance Professionals and Property Managers for both commercial and residential properties. We are individually owned and operated, but are part of the ServiceMaster Canada franchise network. Our franchise services Vancouver and the lower mainland.

After changing ownership in 2005, we have rapidly expanded to a 40,000 sq. ft. facility centrally located in Burnaby. Our facility houses a state-of-the-art warehouse, storage, office and contents area. To better service the Surrey and Langley areas we recently opened up a new location in Surrey. We now have the capabilities and qualifications to now handle any size loss.

When customers call, we respond immediately; day or night 24 hrs. We arrive on site prepared with the proper equipment, training and experience. We don't just remove water, smoke and odour; we remove uncertainty and concern by the way we communicate and the way we service our customers. At ServiceMaster Restore of Vancouver we are proud to restore property and peace of mind.

Morris has been a Project Manager for 6 years. Prior to this, he was a Pastor for 18 years and regularly assisted people that were in crisis situations. This caring quality has helped many policy holders throught the restoration process. He is one of the top performers at our firm, and has the assistance of three dedicated Production Coordinators. His IICRC Certifications include Water Damage Restoration Technician, Health and Safety Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.

Neil Mack

Neil has 25 years of constuction and restoration experience, 21 of which are as a Project Manager.  Neil's experience includes planning and executing large loss reconstruction teams for Emergency Catastrophe Response throughout Canada, overseeing the reconstruction of earthquake damage  buildings in Haiti in 2010. Neil's education and certifications inlude Xactimte Computer Estimating, Controls of Infectious Diseases for Working in Healthcare Facilities and Hospitals, BC Building Codes, Bulding Technologies and Construction Practices.  Neil also has his Masters in Building Tehnologies as well as firearm training and is certified to handle restricted and non restricted firearms includng transport of them.  His IICRC certifications include Water Damage Restoration Techician and Restorative Structural Drying.

Duane has 20 years of restoration industry experience, 12 of which are as a Project Manager. Duane previously owned his own carpet and upholstery cleaning company for 20 years. He has also been a member of the volunteer fire department. He is highly experienced in the use of Xactimate for all size claims including commercial, residential and strata losses. His IICRC Certifications include Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Restoration Technician and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician.

Brandon Cerone

Brandon began his career in the restoration industry 10 years ago working closely in insurance claim restoration and new construction. Upon completing his degree at SFU in 2012, Brandon joined the ServiceMaster team as a Project Coordinator under one of ServiceMaster’s Senior Project Managers. While working and mentoring under the Senior Project Manager, Brandon grew his skills and experience dealing with restoration claims on a daily basis including but not limited to proficiency in Xactimate, water loss claims, large loss and commercial building claims. Brandon began his career as a Project Manager with ServiceMaster in 2015. His IICRC certifications include Water Damage Restoration Technician.

Blair started his career in the restoration industry in 2008. Since then Blair has worked and thrived in departments such as Emergency, Remediation, Construction, and Estimation for emergency and repairs. In 2016 Blair decided to take the next step in his long career in the industry and accepted the position of Project Manager.  During this time in this position Blair has proven that he can provide exceptional attention to detail and customer service. He believes that communication and customer service between all parties of a claim such as the Policy holder, Insurance adjuster, and his crew, is key to managing a claim smoothly from start to finish.

Steve has 14 years’ experience in the restoration industry, including managing losses in residential, commercial and strata losses. Steve is also aproficient user of Xactimate. He sits on the Board of directors for the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). Although he no longer sits on the board, Steve was also a founding member of the BC-ARC (BC Association of Restoration Contractors) His IICRC Certifications include Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Technician and Odor Control Technician.

Brad joined ServiceMaster in early 2014 to oversee our Xactimate desk, and was so successful in this role that he has now begun his career as a Junior Project Manager. Prior to joining ServiceMaster, he had been in the restoration industry for six years, holding roles as a senior estimator and an Xactimate Specialist. Brad has post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety, and holds IICRC certifications as a Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, and Odour Control Technician.

In 2016, ServiceMaster Restore of Vancouver welcomed Cody Spencer to our pool of talented staff.  Cody was hired as a Project Manager Coordinator but it was very apparent his skills were much more.  Within months, Cody was promoted to Project Management.  Cody started in the restoration industry in 2010 where he started as a junior Water Damage Restoration Technician.  His ambition led him to create a newly developed abatement division.  Over the next 4 years, Cody was promoted to a Senior Technician where he led many large losses, including Strata losses.  He also has training in specialty drying where his skills would be utilized to save custom art work and tiling in high valued homes.  In 2014, Cody continued to expand his skill set to include dry walling, base boards and painting.  He is highly proficient with Xactimate and estimating.  Cody’s certifications include Water Restoration Technician, Transportation of Dangerous goods, Medium and High Risk Asbestos Remediation.

Derkan has over 23 years of insurance industry experience, beginning his career as a producing broker, ultimately working as a branch manager for a large regional agency. His last eight years he has worked as a Project Manager and is particularly attuned to the requirements a broker has for their clientele, whether for small or large residential, commercial or strata losses. He retains his CAIB certification, is proficient in Xactimate and also have received extensive training in large losses. His IICRC Certifications include Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.

Matt joined ServiceMaster in early 2015 as a Coordinator to oversee a large loss project and was so successful in managing the project that he has taken the role of Large Loss Project Manager. Matt has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, four years of which he was a large loss building consultant with SPECS Ltd. Matt is proficient in Xactimate, RSMeans, BVS and has extensive experience in administering CCDC contracts, project scheduling, cost tracking, estimating and budgeting. His certifications include Certified Personal Property Appraiser (CPPA)

Calvin began his career as a claims adjuster, after which he gained 10 years’ experience in the restoration industry prior to joining ServiceMaster in 2011. Calvin is fluent in Cantonese and proficient in Xactimate. He has a considerable depth of experience with residential, commercial and strata losses. His IICRC Certifications include Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician.

In 2016 ServiceMaster Restore of Vancouver welcomed Trevor McLaughlin into the newly created position of Quality Control Manager.  Trevor brings with him 10 years’ of experience in the restoration industry.  He began his career as a technician and was quickly promoted to Crew Chief and has spent the past 5 years in Management - 3 years as Emergency Manager, 2 years as Operations Manager and managing Contents Department.  Trevor brings a diverse set of skills with him including large loss and structural drying, Xactimate estimating, training, leadership, health and safety.

Trevor’s responsibilities as Quality Control Manager will be to ensure that all staff are in compliance with existing ServiceMaster policies and procedures as well as insurance companies KPI’s on all claims from beginning to end.  He will also be dedicating time to locating areas of concern, and work with staff and management to create new systems and procedures, where necessary, to facilitate the growth and success of ServiceMaster Restore of Vancouver.  His IICRC certifications include Journeyman designation in Water Damage, Fire and Smoke, Odour Control, Applied Structural Drying, Mould Remediation, Health and Safety, Carpet Repair, Upholstery and Fabrics.  Trevor is currently working on receiving his Triple Masters Designation.
